Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment please call 508-482-5425 or 508-473-6288.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may schedule that time with another patient. If we do not receive notification, a no-show charge may be billed to your account.
Urgent Care, After Hours, and Emergencies
We manage our appointment schedule to accommodate same-day appointments for patients with urgent problems. If you are ill, please call our office between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. We will do our best to schedule an appointment later that day.
For medical problems after office hours, call your physician at our office. Our on-call doctor will call you back within an hour. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Prescription Refills
To renew a prescription, call our office between 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sometimes a prescription refill request appears simple, but may require an examination or new instructions. In these cases, we may request that your doctor see you before we renew your prescription.
Referrals
On occasion, your doctor may recommend that you see a specialist. If your insurance company requires that your primary care physician provide a referral, please call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with the specialist. This will allow us sufficient time to process the referral.
Insurance
We are providers for most medical insurance plans. Because there are a wide variety of insurance options, please contact your insurance company directly to make sure your doctor accepts your plan.
If you are insured, please remember to bring your insurance card with you when you visit our office. We must validate your insurance at each visit. Your co-payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Hospital Affiliations
Our primary hospital is Milford Regional Medical Center. Many of our patients also receive care at the major Boston medical centers.
