Tri-County Obstetrics & Gynecology is a new practice that has recently opened at the Women’s Pavilion in the Hill Health Center at Milford Regional Medical Center. Although the practice is new, Dr. Brenda Coutinho has been practicing general Obstetrics & Gynecology in Massachusetts for ten years, and the last five years in the greater Milford area.
Being located at Milford Regional will provide greater convenience for patients requiring hospital services as part of their care. Infertility and high-risk obstetric specialists as well as mammography, ultrasound and bone density exams are also located at the Women’s Pavilion, making it a comprehensive care center for all of a woman’s needs.
Office Hours
We see patients during the following hours. Please note that while our office may be open for patient visits, our phones may be covered by our answering service before 8:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Our office is closed on holidays.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment with Tri-County Obstetrics & Gynecology, please call 508-482-5405. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may schedule that time with another patient. If we do not receive notification, a no-show charge may be billed to your account.
Urgent Care
After office hours, please call 508-482-5405 and the physician on call will call you back shortly after you leave a message. In a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Prescription Refills
To renew a prescription, call our office during regular office hours. Please allow at least forty-eight hours for routine refills. Sometimes a prescription refill request appears simple, but may require an examination or new instructions. In these cases, we may request that you see the doctor.
Insurance
We are providers for most medical insurance plans. Because there are a wide variety of insurance options, please contact your insurance company directly to make sure your doctor accepts your plan.
If you are insured, please remember to bring your insurance card with you when you visit our office. We must validate your insurance at each visit. Your co-payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
