The Center for Adolescent Health offers young women and men and their parents an important resource to address special health concerns that often challenge teens in today’s fast-paced world. Our team of providers have been specially trained in adolescent medicine and are dedicated to helping you develop into a confident, independent and healthy young adult. Our staff strives to create a comfortable and caring environment where good communication and patient-centered care allows us to build a long-term relationship with you.

If you would like to enroll in any of our programs and you do not receive your primary care with The Center for Adolescent Health, you will need a referral from your primary care physician. If you have any questions, please call us at 508-482-5444.

- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment with The Center for Adolescent Health, please call 508-482-5444 during our office hours.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may schedule that time with another patient. If we do not receive notification, a no-show charge may be billed to your account.
Urgent Care
For medical problems after office hours, you can reach the provider on call by calling 508-482-5444. Our on-call provider will call you back shortly. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Prescription Refills
To renew a prescription, call our office during regular office hours. Sometimes a prescription refill request appears simple, but may require an examination or new instructions. In these cases, we may request that your doctor or nurse practitioner see you before we renew your prescription.
Referrals
There may come a time when we recommend that you see a specialist. If we provide your primary care and if your insurance requires a referral, please call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with the specialists. This will allow us sufficient time to process the referral. If you do not receive your primary care from The Center for Adolescent Health, you must contact your primary care physician to obtain a referral for any of our services.
Insurance
We are providers for most medical insurance plans. Because there are a wide variety of insurance options, please contact your insurance company directly to make sure your doctor accepts your plan.
If you are insured, please remember to bring your insurance card with you when you visit our office. We must validate your insurance at each visit. Your co-payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Hospital Affiliations
Our primary hospital is Milford Regional Medical Center. We also admit to Children’s Hospital Boston and New England Medical Center, as well as specialty hospitals when appropriate.

The Center for Adolescent Medicine is a Tri-County Medical Associates facility. Tri-County Medical is a physicians’ practice group serving the healthcare needs of residents within MetroWest and the Blackstone Valley. Our physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners practice primary and specialty medicine in office locations within Bellingham, Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway, Mendon, Milford and Whitinsville.
