As an undergraduate student, she completed Emergency Medical Technician training and worked as an EMT.

Prior to joining Tri-County Urology, Heidi worked as a Physician Assistant at Brigham & Women's Hospital and at Metrowest Urology. Heidi has expertise in evaluating many urological problems including cancer of the prostate and bladder, kidney stones, male and female urinary incontinence, and various types of impotence. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates.
