Tri-County Medical Associates is a large multi-specialty group practice with an emphasis on primary care. Our mission is to provide healthcare services to all individuals in our community with dignity, compassion and respect.
Now in its sixteenth year of operation, Tri-County Medical’s physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners practice primary and specialty medicine in twenty-two office locations within Bellingham, Franklin, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medway, Mendon, Milford and Whitinsville.

Our primary hospital affiliation is Milford Regional Medical Center.
Tri-County Medical Associates, as part of the Milford Regional Healthcare System, is affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Milford Regional is a teaching hospital for UMass residents.
